Ordered stairlift with minimum of fuss, just a couple of questions and some simple measurements and it was booked in for fitting. Arrived on the day despite bad weather to install as promised. Full instructions for my mum from Gary who was an excellent communicator regarding the lift. One happy mother now. Highly recommend if you need a quality stairlift that does not break the bank. I found a reconditioned stairlift for my dad on eBay and then rang the company,  spoke to Hannah who was so helpful
The chap who came to fit the stairlift was really good,  efficient,  friendly, all done in 40 minutes and he programmed a remote control as well,
We are really pleased with the stairlift & has made such a difference at a much more reasonably price.

Delivered as promised today. Ben called to say he would be an hour, spot on. Said it would take just over an hour and that was about right.  All fitted, working and explained, really good service. Ben is cheerful, hard working and good communication. We are very happy with the whole purchase from initial enquiry to waving goodbye to Ben after perfect fitting. Excellent service from start to finish.Communication from office and engineer advising of arrival time very helpful.The stairlift was fitted remarkably quickly with no mess or damage to the wall or stairs.Cannot speak highly enough of Ben who was polite,cheerful and very friendly and carried out the installation in just over an hour.Instructions on how to operate the controls was given before I carried out a test run.I would not hesitate in recommending Stairlift Express to friends and family.
